Can I cancel a withdrawal after requesting it?

You can cancel a withdrawal if it hasn’t yet been processed. Otherwise, if the withdrawal was already approved, you can only reduce its value.

1. Sign in to your account and click on the upper right menu.
2. Below your balance, you’ll see all pending withdrawals.
3. If the withdrawal hasn’t been approved yet, you can cancel it by clicking on the “Cancel” button.
4. Select “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.

You’ll receive a message in your account confirming the withdrawal cancellation and your balance will be updated.
