Just like any other type of bet, Virtual Sports have some rules. You can check them out below.
- The Random Number Generator (RNG) determines all events and virtual results. These are audited and certified by the Alderney Gaming Control Commission and the Malta Remote Gaming Regulations.
- All betting markets offered have fixed probabilities. This means that once showed, the odds of some virtual events can’t change.
- All odds are offered in decimal format with up to two decimals for betting market.
- The odds for all betting markets are greater than 1.01 and are strictly proportional to the possibilities of the following corresponding results: the greater the chances that the participant wins, the lower the odds.
- If due to high odds, the odds calculated for a certain result are less than 1.01, then they will not be available to bet on.
- The client of Virtual Sports has a separated coupon and works independently from the sports coupon. This means that the Virtual Sports area and real sporting events can’t be used for parlays in the same combination.
- Several selections in Virtual Sports games can only be used and combined in the Virtual Sports betting coupon.
- Selections need to be confirmed in the betting coupon to complete the betting process. If the virtual event begins before selections are confirmed, then they will be automatically removed from the betting coupon.
- Bets are settled automatically after the final result is showed. There may be a slight delay in betting setup.
- The value of the bet will be automatically deducted from your balance after the confirmation in the betting coupon.
- Bets are charged and winnings are paid using your account’s currency. The conversion of the currency does not apply to the bet or the profits.
- Full refunds are automatically credited after all bets have been settled. A slight delay in payments is possible.
- Results of concluded events can be reviewed for 100 days after the end of the event.
- Bet history can be reviewed for 90 days after the end of the event.
- In case there’s a discrepancy between the showed result and the game’s server, the result on the server will be considered as the official result.
- Due to internet connectivity and video streaming, the video you are actually seeing can be delayed.
- Modern browsers are supported. However, we recommend the use of Google Chrome.
