I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

Recover your password in 3 simple steps:

Select “Forgot password” on the login screen.

Enter your registered email address and select “Send.”

Done! Now simply check your inbox (and junk mail) to create a new password.

Remember: your new password should contain 8-64 characters, with at least one uppercase letter and one number. It may not include your forename or surname.
