How can I change my security code?

Your security code is very important and you need it for several things, such as for making withdrawals or updating your account information.

If you don’t remember your code, not to worry, just follow the steps below to recover it:

1. When the window to enter the security code appears, click on the “Change Code” option.
2. Then enter your email in the next field. You will receive an email at that address.
3. Open the email and click the link, enter the new code and confirm it.

Done! Your new security code is ready for use.

Important: for security purposes, you can only make a maximum of 5 attempts to enter the correct code. If you exceed this number of attempts, your account will be blocked for 24 hours.
