The air is crackling with anticipation in High Voltage Hotlines, as savvy players know that a few strategic plays could see them surge up the prize ladder and capture that 500x Max Win.

To get the ball rolling, simply choose your bet amount, then see which of the numbers on your ticket match the numbers below the gameboard. Every match will turn into a little lightning bolt, and if you’re able to complete a column full of these, you’ve just ascended to the next prize level by creating a Hot Line.

You’ll likely see more than numbers down below the main board, and while this is usually a good thing, you might also spy a very uninspiring gray icon known as a Blocker. These tiresome tiles do nothing for you and are best avoided if possible. Keep searching down there, however, and you may also spot the three special symbols – the Wild, Hot Wild, and Extra Spin icons.

The Wild and Hot Wild icons both allow you to select a number on your gameboard and turn it into a lightning bolt, but there is one key distinction. While the Wilds require you to choose a spot in the same column as the Wild, the Hot Wilds let you pick any number you like.
